- How can I register myself?
- The registration process on our website is really an easy one - just fill out the short registration form, to which you'll get through clicking at the registration button on the upper right side of the page. With one specific e-mail address can be registered only one customer.
- What benefits do I get with my registration?
- First of all, after registering you'll get a full access to reviewing all of your orders, including their momentary status. Plus for future orders, you only have to type in your personal info once into the system.
- Do I have to be registered to be able to make a purchase in your e-shop?
- The registration is not a prerequisite for making a purchase.
- What are my options, if a can't remember what my password is?
- In the upper right side of the page is the sign-in button, under this one you'll find the "lost my password" button. After clicking on that you'll get the option to type in the e-mail address, which you used to register. All additional info will be sent to this e-mail address. In case you have forgotten this e-mail address, contact us.
- What do I need to do if I want my personal info to be erased permanently from this website?
- In case you wish to strip any personal info you used at our website and which is stored in our database, shoot us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and all of your personal infos will be erased asap.
- Please keep in mind this process in permanent and once this info is erased you'll loose all benefits connected to your account. Should you decide one day to use these benefits again, you'll have to register as a new customer once more.
